Hi!
I'm Rachel and I'm 21. I'm from Sunderland and I've just completed a History degree at York St John University.
I started my blog when I was at school, genuinely just because a couple of my friends had them and it looked fun. It wasn't until 2013, though, that I really started to make an effort to keep it up. I love writing, so my blog is somewhere I can express that without having to talk about medieval castles or the impact that the Romans had on Britain. (Although my love of history does crop up now and again!)
My blog is generally full of ramblings about where I've been and what I've been up to, usually involving food, books and whatever else I pick up along the way. I love going to gigs too - my Dad's been my gig buddy since I was 14 and we try to go to as many as we can, so he crops up now and again. So does my boyfriend, Sam, who I try to see as much as possible when I'm at uni.
I'd like to think I entertain someone out there with my little blog, and I'm grateful to anyone who takes a couple of minutes to give it a quick read now and again!
